The projected concept is based on a building separated into three, so that the houses are practically independent at ground level, without dividing walls, leaving spaces between them that are used to provide light and ventilation to the large semi-covered central patio through which the to the building, partially closed by a large latticework that filters the light and favors air circulation, with a single dwelling per floor, blocks connected by wide walkways favoring the privacy of each one of them, with direct access to the semi-basement car park with ventilation natural, pre-installation of recharging of electric vehicles and bike racks in the access at street level.
