There are 20 fully independent villas with garden, pool and private garage, semi-basement with natural light and fully finished, ground floor, first floor and solarium. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms will depend on the configuration made by each customer of the villa; The options for each floor are: SEMI BASEMENT: 0 bedrooms, 1 bedroom or 2 bedrooms. A bathroom in all cases.GROUND FLOOR: 0 bedrooms or 1 bedroom. A toilet in the first case (0 bedrooms) and a toilet and a bathroom in the second (bathroom inside the bedroom and common toilet for the whole plant).FIRST FLOOR: 2 bedrooms (with two bathrooms), 3 bedrooms (with 3 bathrooms) and the number of bathrooms for the 4 bedroom option will depend on the chosen plot; For plots 8, 9, 10 and 11, which are plots with larger surfaces, the option of 4 bedrooms has 4 bathrooms; However in the rest of the cases, this option would only have two bathrooms; One of them in the main bedroom and the other in the hallway, common for the rest of bedrooms.Due to the singularity of the promotion and to all the existing configuration options, the sale will be made on a flat and will be built as the sale goes forward. For some of the plots we already have a construction license (plots from 16 to 20) and for the rest are requested so depending on the chosen plot, the construction could start in a very short time or would have to wait for obtaining the license. From the beginning we estimated a period of 16 months for the delivery of housing. The houses with the best views are those corresponding to plots 14, 16, 18 and 19, with 16 being the one at the highest point. Currently the villas 3, 8, 11 and 12 are reserved (in the table of prices are marked in gray). The rest are available. The facade types basically depend on the chosen dwelling. We have type A and B that are already assigned in each plot so once chosen, for type A we have 5 different styles and for B, 3 styles. The types B are larger, can be seen in the configurator.
